Event Coverage Services- Business/Conferences/Church Events/Anniversaries/Sporting Events Flat rate: $300
Conference rate: $500 PER DAY including day/night events. *retouching is available by request only*
Contemporary Photo- Modeling/Portfolio/Music Artists Flat Rate: $530 includes: 8 to 10 photos and 4 poses (3hours) an additional fee will be added for every half hour after the allotted time.
Headshots: $150
Fashion Shoots: $530 (3-5hours) an additional fee will be added for every half hour after the allotted time.

Scott Photography is willing to travel there will be a traveling fee if outside the Nashville Area. Group Rate Fees Group rates do apply to 10 or more who are seeking the Customary shoots or packages. After Hour Rates There will be a fee to services rendered during “after-hours”. These hours are ANY that Mr. Scott is not scheduled to work. Studio: regular pricing plus $25/half hour Event/Location: regular pricing plus $40 every additional hour or $20/each additional half hour. Cancellations Fees Cancellations Notices are accepted only 48hours before the scheduled shoot. There is a $30 cancellation fee for anything shorter than 48hour notice. -Consultations are recommended a week or a couple of days before the scheduled shoot. At this time the Deposit is due. -Booking Appointment- Sessions only on Friday 12pm-8pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, and Sunday (after3). If you have request for a specific time or a special event, PLEASE contact us to see if something can be worked out. *Additional Rates do apply please refer to After-Hour rates.* -Time Allotment: 45mins is included for changing outfits, applying make-up and any other client specific needs. In this time set changes might be made, but will not come out of the client’s time. Any time the client uses for their OWN needs will be deducted from the shoot’s time slot.
